We are looking for a Hospital CEO to lead our 50 bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital in the Summerlin area of Las Vegas.Why join us? $180K to $210K base plus bonus and stock, with total compensation potential of $300K Run your own 50 bed hospital in Summerlin, one of the most desirable parts of Las Vegas, with no state income tax Medical, dental, and vision coverage from day one for you and your family Company matching 401(k) and employee stock purchase plan Generous PTO, tuition reimbursement, and continuing education supportJob Details Oversee all hospital operations and continuously assess and improve performance Own the patient census and actively market our services in the community Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, Governing Board and Medical Staff policies, and Joint Commission standards Lead 10 to 12 direct reports and build a culture that empowers staff to exceed objectives Maintain financial stability through budget oversight, expense control, and volume growthRequirements 5 plus years of healthcare management experience, including 2 to 3 years in senior management Hospital-based CEO or COO experience strongly preferred; post-acute leadership considered with proven results Experience with hospital operations, budget development and oversight, FTE management, and expense control Track record of marketing for volume growth and program development Master's in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred (equivalent work experience accepted)Interested in hearing more?
