The CNO ensures nursing services align with the hospital’s mission, vision, and values while advancing excellence in patient care, safety, and clinical outcomes. Responsibilities include strategic planning, operational and budget management, quality improvement, workforce recruitment and retention, regulatory compliance, and collaboration across nursing and clinical departments. The CNO fosters a culture of accountability, professional development, teamwork, and continuous improvement to support high-quality, safe patient-centered care.Key Responsibilities1.
