This executive leader will oversee nursing operations, drive quality initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and patient-centered care.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and oversight for all nursing operations and patient care servicesPartner with medical, clinical, and therapeutic leaders to promote exceptional patient outcomesDevelop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and clinical programsLead quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standardsServe on key committees involving quality, education, ethics, infection prevention, and medical leadershipManage staffing strategies, workforce planning, and budget accountabilityMonitor patient care outcomes and implement initiatives to improve quality and patient satisfactionFoster a culture of engagement, accountability, and professional developmentSupport diversity, inclusion, and a respectful workplace environmentGuide nursing teams through organizational growth and continuous improvement initiativesQualificationsActive Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable stateBLS certification required; ACLS preferredBachelor's degree in Nursing or related field requiredAdvanced degree (MSN, MHA, MBA, DNP, or equivalent) required or actively in progress, based on applicable regulationsMinimum of five years of inpatient hospital experienceMinimum of two years of recent nursing leadership experience with:24-hour operational accountabilityStaff and FTE managementBudget oversightPolicy and procedure developmentPerformance management and employee relations responsibilitiesDemonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teamsStrong knowledge of Joint Commission, CMS, state regulatory, and hospital compliance standardsCertified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) certification preferred or willingness to obtain when eligiblePreferred Leadership ExperienceInpatient rehabilitation leadershipAcute care hospital nursing leadershipHospital operations and quality managementRegulatory survey readiness and accreditation processesStrategic workforce planning and staffing matrix managementEqual Opportunity EmployerOur client is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace and proudly provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants.
