Chief of Independent System Monitoring

Job Purpose:The Independent System Monitoring (ISM) Engineer is responsible for planning, conducting, and reporting independent compliance audits to verify that the Design Organisation (Part 21J), Production Organisation (Part 21G), and Integrated Management System continue to comply with applicable regulatory requirements, company procedures, and customer standards.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute the annual Internal Audit Program.Perform independent compliance audits of Part 21J, Part 21G, AS9100, and other applicable management systems.Verify compliance with regulatory requirements, company procedures, and contractual obligations.Prepare audit plans, checklists, reports, and objective evidence.Raise, classify, and document audit findings.Verify root cause analysis and corrective action effectiveness.Monitor corrective and preventive action closure.Conduct follow-up audits and effectiveness reviews.Identify systemic compliance risks and recommend improvements.Maintain audit records and compliance monitoring databases.Support regulatory oversight and external audits.Prepare compliance reports and management review inputs.Promote continual improvement throughout the organisation.Requirements:8 years of Aerospace Engineering Experience.At least 3 years within a Part 21J, Part 21G, Part 145, or equivalent regulated environment.Experience as Applicant for Company / products certifications (DOA or POA or aircraft Type Certification process).Engineering degree in Aerospace or Mechanical.Show adequate skills to interact with the Airworthiness Authority.Have a clear understanding of the role and responsibilities of the Part 21 organization.Have the appropriate competence to conduct audits and surveillance activities to the Design Organization.Part 21 Training, AS9100 Lead Auditor, Human Factor, SMS.If you're passionate about developing talent and driving organizational growth through learning, we'd love to hear from you.📩 Apply now via LinkedIn or submit your CV today.
