We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Chief of Staff to drive operational excellence across the manufacturing value chain.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with the COO on strategic & operational prioritiesDrive S&OP, production planning & cross-functional alignmentLead Capex, modernization & operational excellence initiativesMonitor quality, warranty, productivity, machine uptime & marginsDevelop MIS, dashboards & operational insights for senior leadershipCollaborate with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Production, Quality & Supply ChainLead critical projects, resolve bottlenecks & manage operational crisesKey RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related fieldMBA from a reputed institute preferred10–12 years of experience in Manufacturing / Industrial / Automotive / EngineeringStrong knowledge of S&OP, Capex, ERP, JIT, TQM, Lean Manufacturing & QualityStrong analytical, stakeholder management, communication & problem-solving skillsLean Six Sigma / PMP certification is an advantage
