The role oversees the Office of the President, sponsors the Transformation Management Office (TMO), coordinates executive governance, and drives cross-functional strategic initiatives to ensure the Organization's transformation agenda is delivered effectively.Role PurposeThe Chief of Staff is responsible for:1. Acting as the President's principal advisor on strategic and institutional priorities. 2. Leading executive governance and decision-making processes. 3. Driving execution of the Organization's transformation agenda. 4. Coordinating cross-functional initiatives across Executive Divisions. 5. Monitoring institutional performance and strategic delivery. 6. Representing the President with key internal and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities· Lead the Executive Office of the President, ensuring the effective management of executive governance, Presidential priorities, executive correspondence, governance calendars, committee coordination, decision tracking, executive meetings, institutional communications, and cross-functional follow-up to support the President's office and enhance executive effectiveness.· Serve as the President's principal strategic advisor, providing counsel on institutional priorities, executive decision-making, and long-term strategic direction. · Lead the Office of the President, ensuring effective coordination of executive activities, governance processes, and Presidential priorities. · Oversee and integrate the Organization's transformation agenda by providing executive sponsorship and strategic oversight of the Transformation Management Office (TMO), including strategy management, programs management, and organizational change. · Drive alignment and collaboration across Executive Divisions, business units, and administrative units to ensure cohesive execution of institutional objectives and cross-functional initiatives. · Coordinate executive governance forums, including the Executive Council, Transformation Steering Committee, and other executive committees, ensuring effective decision-making and follow-through. · Monitor institutional performance through strategic reporting, portfolio reviews, KPI tracking, and executive dashboards, ensuring timely escalation of risks and implementation challenges. · Lead and oversee high-priority strategic initiatives on behalf of the President, ensuring successful planning, execution, and realization of intended outcomes. · Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government entities, industry partners, research institutions, and strategic collaborators, representing the President when required. · Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and execution excellence across the Organization. · Perform other strategic leadership responsibilities as delegated by the President in support of the Organization's mission, vision, and transformation objectives.Candidate Profile· Master's degree required. · PhD preferred. Experience· 15+ years in executive leadership, strategy, transformation, or institutional management. · Experience supporting C-level executives, Presidents, or Boards. · Experience in government, large complex organizations, or transformation-driven environments is preferred.
