As the company scales, we are looking for a highly driven Chief of Staff to work closely with the founder and leadership team.The RoleThe Chief of Staff will convert leadership priorities into company-wide execution.You will work across Product, Growth, Content, Operations, Finance and Hiring. You will bring structure to important decisions, create operating visibility and ensure that critical initiatives do not remain stuck between teams.This is not an executive assistant or administrative role. It is a high-ownership business and execution role.Key Responsibilities• Work directly with the founder and leadership team on company priorities• Convert strategic decisions into clear plans, owners and timelines• Run weekly business and department-level reviews• Track company performance across growth, product, revenue and costs• Prepare business analysis and decision-making documents• Identify execution gaps and ensure timely closure• Drive high-priority cross-functional and special projects• Support hiring, organisational planning and performance reviews• Build dashboards and systems that improve leadership visibility• Follow through on decisions until measurable outcomes are achievedWho Should Apply• 1 to 6 years of experience in startups, consulting, strategy, business operations or a founder’s office• Strong analytical, financial and problem-solving ability• Exceptional written and verbal communication• Ability to work across multiple teams without losing attention to detail• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and taking independent decisions• High intensity, discretion and personal accountabilityHow Success Will Be Measured• Closure of leadership priorities• Quality and speed of business decision-making• Improvement in cross-functional execution• Accuracy of business reporting and reviews• Impact of strategic projects independently driven
