Candidates must be currently enrolled and able to provide a valid university/school convention de stage or equivalent internship agreement recognised in Switzerland.About AstroFinanceAstroFinance is an aerospace fintech developing new ways to finance and manage aerospace assets through tokenisation and digital infrastructure.Working at the intersection of aviation, finance and technology, we collaborate with aerospace companies, investors, technology providers and specialist partners to turn complex real-world assets into investable, transparent and scalable opportunities.We are a small, international startup team working from London and Geneva, with our Swiss operations based at FONGIT, Geneva's innovation and startup incubator.The roleWe are looking for a highly organised, proactive and digitally confident student to join AstroFinance for a six-month full-time internship in Geneva.This is a hands-on role at the centre of a fast-moving startup. You will work closely with the CEO, VP Operations, Head of Product and other members of the core team, helping turn discussions and priorities into concrete outputs and making sure important work actually moves forward.The role combines business operations, executive support, project coordination, research and communication. You will be exposed to areas including product development, fundraising, aerospace Proof of Concept projects, partnerships, marketing, sales operations, finance and company administration.AI tools, including ChatGPT Business and other professional AI platforms, are part of our everyday working environment. You will use them to accelerate research, drafting, analysis, meeting follow-up and document preparation, while remaining responsible for checking sources, protecting confidential information and critically reviewing outputs.This is not a remote or part-time internship. We are looking for someone who wants to spend six months working full time inside a startup environment and taking genuine ownership of their work.Key responsibilitiesWork closely with the CEO, VP Operations and Head of Product to coordinate priorities, meetings, projects and follow-up actions.Turn meetings and discussions into clear action points, project trackers, briefing notes and deliverables.Prepare and update presentations, investor decks, board materials, reports and other professional documents.Support the execution of AstroFinance's aerospace Proof of Concept projects, including current work around aircraft and aviation assets.Conduct research on markets, aerospace companies, investors, partners, competitors and emerging technologies, and turn findings into concise, useful outputs.Maintain and improve CRM data, company databases, project information and internal documentation.Support website and CMS updates and help develop new digital materials and investor-facing content.Assist with newsletters, company communications and other marketing or operational materials.Support selected fundraising, partnership, finance, HR and administrative projects according to company priorities.Use AI tools to accelerate repetitive work, research and first drafts, while critically reviewing and improving all outputs.Identify practical ways to improve internal processes, organisation and execution across the company.Candidate profileYou are likely to be a final-year undergraduate or Master's student in business, finance, management, technology, engineering, digital transformation or a related field.More important than a specific degree, we are looking for someone who is:Highly organised, reliable and able to manage several priorities without losing track of details.Autonomous and proactive. You do not wait to be told every individual step.Comfortable taking ownership and following tasks through to completion.Curious and able to understand unfamiliar subjects quickly.Interested in startups, aerospace, fintech, digital assets, AI and emerging technologies.Comfortable working directly with senior colleagues in a small international team.Confident using AI tools and capable of questioning, checking and improving AI-generated work rather than simply accepting it.Strong in PowerPoint and comfortable with Excel, Word and collaborative business tools.Comfortable learning platforms such as CRM, CMS and SharePoint.An excellent English communicator, both written and spoken.
