Chief of Staff to C-Suite

We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-oriented Chief of Staff to partner closely with the C-Suite of a Singapore-headquartered company. This opportunity is particularly suited to professionals from the Singapore Public Service who have built their careers in public policy, government relations, governance, strategic planning and senior leadership advisory. Ideal candidates must have a proven track record in working within central agencies, ministries or statutory boards, and who are experienced in navigating complex policy and stakeholder environments while supporting senior government or organisational leaders.Responsibilities: Serve as a strategic advisor and execution partner to the C-Suite, providing insights on policy, governance, government and broader stakeholder considerations affecting the organisation. You will develop policy and strategy papers, executive briefs, recommendations and talking points; support senior-level engagements and Board discussions; coordinate complex issues across multiple stakeholders; and drive strategic initiatives from policy and strategy through to implementation. You will also act as a key bridge between senior business leaders and relevant external stakeholders.Requirements: Proven track record in policy development and governance, strategic planning and/or corporate planning.Strong exposure to policy formulation, government relations, governance, strategic planning or corporate/public administration. You should have experience directly staffing or advising senior leaders such as Ministers, Permanent Secretaries, Deputy Secretaries, Chief Executives or equivalent leadership, and be highly capable of producing policy papers, briefs and strategic recommendations. Strong stakeholder management, political and organisational sensitivity, analytical thinking, discretion and executive presence are essential. Interested?
