Location: Dubai, UAEGrade: 11Reports to: Design Department ManagerKey ResponsibilitiesSupport the planning and implementation of projects from start to completionCoordinate project plans, timelines, budgets, documentation and deliverablesSupport project managers with project planning and executionCoordinate with internal departments and external stakeholdersFollow up on contracts, project requirements and deliverablesPrepare project performance reports and support improvement initiativesMonitor project progress and identify potential risks or challengesSupport data analysis and reporting for management decision-makingRequirementsBachelor's degree in Public Relations, Business Administration, Media, or an equivalent fieldMinimum 4 years of relevant practical experienceStrong planning and organisational skillsExcellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsGood understanding of financial matters and project budgetsStrong problem-solving and practical decision-making skillsKnowledge of project implementation procedures and methodologiesInterested candidates, please send your updated CV to ashley@talentstides.com
