Chief Operating Officer

Role OverviewBlue Guardian is seeking a highly driven and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to work directly alongside the Founder and CEO as a right-hand partner in scaling the business. This is a critical leadership role for someone who understands the prop trading industry inside and out and can help scale a fast-growing company from both an operational and strategic perspective.We are not looking for someone who wants to learn the industry from scratch. We are looking for a proven operator with deep knowledge of proprietary trading, trader behavior, evaluation models, risk management concepts, and the operational challenges of running a prop firm.The ideal candidate is ambitious, hands-on, commercially minded, and looking for a long-term opportunity where they can grow with the company and become a key part of its future.Key ResponsibilitiesWork directly with the CEO to execute company strategy and business objectives.Oversee day-to-day company operations across multiple departments.Build, optimize, and scale internal systems, processes, and workflows.Lead and manage department heads and senior team members.Drive operational efficiency, accountability, and performance throughout the organization.Assist in hiring, building, and scaling high-performing teams across operations, customer support, marketing, finance, and other departments.Monitor key business metrics and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.Collaborate closely with product, marketing, finance, risk, and support teams to improve business performance.Identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.Support decision-making through data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence.Ensure company initiatives are executed effectively and on schedule.Represent the company professionally with partners, vendors, and key stakeholders when required.RequirementsExtensive experience within the proprietary trading industry is REQUIRED.Strong understanding of prop firm operations, evaluation programs, trader psychology, payouts, risk management, and customer lifecycle.Previous experience in a senior leadership, operational, or executive role.Experience building, recruiting, and managing teams.Proven ability to scale systems, processes, and operations in a fast-growing company.Strong commercial and strategic mindset.Exceptional communication and leadership skills.Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.Highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused.Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.Based in Dubai or willing to relocate immediately.Ideal CandidateA business-minded individual with a strong track record of achievement.Has worked directly within a prop firm, brokerage, trading company, or closely related financial business.Understands the industry at an expert level and can contribute strategically from day one.Has experience recruiting, managing, and developing high-performing teams.Thrives under responsibility and enjoys building companies.Wants to grow with the business long-term rather than viewing the role as a short-term opportunity.Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and accountability.Capable of acting as a trusted advisor and partner to the CEO.
