The successful candidate will become a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for driving operational excellence, commercial performance, and the company's next phase of growth.Reporting directly to the CEO/Board, the COO will have full responsibility for manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, HSE, supply chain, operational strategy, and overall business performance.The RoleLead the overall operations and performance of the company.Drive world-class manufacturing, process safety, reliability, quality, and HSE performance.Improve productivity, cost competitiveness, asset utilization, and operational efficiency.Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with the company's long-term objectives.Work closely with commercial teams to optimize production planning, customer service, pricing, and profitability.Lead capital investment projects, plant upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.Deliver strong financial performance with full responsibility for operational KPIs and P&L.Candidate ProfileExecutive leadership experience within the chemical or continuous-process manufacturing industry.Proven success leading large manufacturing operations with full P&L accountability.Strong commercial and strategic business acumen, with the ability to translate operational excellence into sustainable profitability.Demonstrated leadership in HSE, operational excellence, change management, and organizational development.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
