From our galleries in Antwerp and Knokke, we are expanding our activities across Europe, the Middle East and India.Alongside Vision XR Gallery, we are developing Vision XR Studio: an architectural-art studio creating bespoke artworks and collections for luxury hotels, wellness destinations, branded residences, corporate environments and public spaces.We are entering an important new phase of growth. To support that ambition, we are looking for a COO who can transform entrepreneurial momentum into a scalable, disciplined and professionally managed organisation.Your missionAs COO, you will take ownership of the day-to-day management and execution of Vision XR Group.You will translate the founder’s vision and commercial decisions into clear plans, responsibilities, deadlines and measurable results. You will create structure across departments, improve accountability and ensure that our galleries and international projects operate to consistently high standards.This is not a purely strategic or corporate position. We are looking for a leader who combines senior-level thinking with practical execution.Your objective is to build an organisation that can grow internationally without becoming dependent on the founder for every operational decision.Your responsibilitiesLeadership and company managementLead the day-to-day operations of Vision XR GroupTranslate strategy into operational plans, priorities and budgetsEstablish clear responsibilities and performance expectationsIntroduce weekly management rhythms and structured reportingCoordinate sales, gallery operations, marketing, logistics, finance and project deliveryIdentify organisational gaps and recruit the people required for growthBuild a culture of ownership, discipline, speed and accountabilityProvide the founder with reliable information on performance, priorities and risksTeam managementDirectly manage and coach key team membersEnsure that every employee understands their responsibilities and targetsConduct performance reviews and structured follow-up meetingsAddress underperformance and operational problems decisivelyImprove internal communication and cooperation between departmentsSupport recruitment, onboarding and professional developmentDevelop future managers and reduce operational dependency on the founderGallery operationsOversee the professional operation of all Vision XR locationsEnsure consistent standards in presentation, staffing and client experienceCoordinate exhibitions, installations, events and artwork rotationsMonitor gallery schedules, opening standards and team coverageEnsure that commercial opportunities are recorded and followed upSupport the expansion into new locations and marketsLogistics and inventoryTake ownership of the complete artwork logistics processOversee inventory accuracy, storage and artwork movementsCoordinate packing, transport, insurance, customs and international shippingImplement checks that reduce damage, delays and avoidable costsEstablish clear responsibility for every incoming and outgoing artworkEnsure that inventory and logistics information is consistently updated in Vision XR OSManage external logistics, installation and transport partnersInternational expansionCoordinate the operational launch and ongoing management of international activitiesWork with local partners and teams across Europe, Dubai and MumbaiEstablish standards that can be replicated across future locationsEnsure that agreements, deadlines and operational responsibilities are followedMonitor performance and report on progress, budgets and risksProtect consistency in the Vision XR brand and client experience across marketsVision XR StudioBuild the operational structure for Vision XR Studio projectsCoordinate projects from approved concept through production and installationAlign designers, architects, logistics partners and clientsManage specifications, samples, approvals, production schedules and budgetsIntroduce quality-control processes and approval checkpointsEnsure reliable delivery of hospitality and large-scale art projectsDevelop systems that support both bespoke statement pieces and larger artwork programmesFinancial and performance managementWork with finance to prepare budgets, forecasts and management reportingMonitor operational expenditure, project margins and cash-flow requirementsMaintain oversight of project profitabilityAnalyse performance by location, department and activityIdentify inefficiencies and implement corrective actionHelp management make decisions based on accurate and timely informationSystems and processesFurther implement and improve Vision XR OS across the organisationCreate practical procedures for recurring operationsDocument responsibilities, approvals and escalation pathsBuild dashboards for projects, sales follow-up, logistics and team performanceAutomate administrative work where practicalEnsure that procedures are followed without creating unnecessary bureaucracyYour profileYou are an entrepreneurial operator who creates order in fast-moving environments.You are comfortable taking responsibility, making decisions and holding people accountable. You understand that strong operations are built through daily discipline, clear communication and persistent follow-up.You can move naturally between a strategic management discussion, a project budget, a team performance issue and a practical delivery problem.You are not looking for a role limited to presentations and meetings.
