Chief Operating Officer

Purpose: The COO is responsible for the day-to-day operational performance of all The company subsidiaries. This role bridges strategy and execution ensuring that each brand operates efficiently, consistently, and in alignment with group standards.Key Responsibilities·      Oversee daily operations across all F&B brands.·      Develop and implement operational policies, standards, and SOPs across all subsidiaries·      Monitor KPIs for each brand (revenue, cost, customer satisfaction, quality)·      Lead cross-functional coordination between HR, Finance, Marketing, and brand managers·      Drive operational efficiency and cost optimization initiatives·      Manage expansion projects including new branch openings·      Conduct regular site visits and operational reviews across all locationsQualifications·      Bachelor’s degree in business, in Hospitality Management and MBA preferred·      Minimum 12 years of experience, F&B or hospitality upper management. ·      Experience managing multi-brand and multi-location operations across UAE·      Strong analytical and process-improvement skills·      Fluency in Arabic and English (Native Arabic)
