To support our operational expansion, we are looking for a highly strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO).The RoleAs COO, you will oversee day-to-day operations, partner relationship management, customer operations, and process optimization. You will bridge corporate strategy with execution, ensuring our business scales efficiently while maintaining high standards of partner and user satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Excellence: Oversee daily operations across venue operations, partner integrations, customer experience, and administration.Strategic Execution: Translate high-level strategic goals into actionable operational workflows, KPIs, and scalable processes.Partner & Vendor Ecosystem: Optimize relationship management with venue partners, vendors, and service providers to maintain quality and platform value.Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with Product, Tech, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment across all operational touchpoints.Process Automation: Identify operational bottlenecks and implement smart tech-enabled solutions to increase organizational efficiency.What We Are Looking For8+ years of operational leadership experience (COO, VP of Operations, Head of Ops) in high-growth tech, SaaS, marketplace, or platforms.Demonstrated success scaling operational teams in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational design capabilities.Deep commercial acumen and experience managing complex partner/B2B ecosystems.Strong presence, high adaptability, and familiarity with the Dubai ecosystem.What We OfferCompetitive executive salary package + performance bonus.Comprehensive family benefits package.Prime location in Jumeirah, Dubai with modern office facilities.Direct influence over the company's operational blueprint and growth direction.A high-energy, collaborative, and rewarding company culture.
