The company is focused on innovation, operational excellence, customer success, and sustainable growth.The OpportunityGuideVision is seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and scale its operations, delivery organization, and transformation initiatives. This executive leader will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, delivery quality, profitability, organizational effectiveness, and business growth across the company.The ideal candidate will bring extensive leadership experience within the ServiceNow ecosystem, professional services, or IT consulting industry and have a proven track record of scaling organizations, leading transformation programs, and building high-performing leadership teams.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational LeadershipLead end-to-end business operations across consulting, project delivery, managed services, and customer success.Drive operational efficiency, utilization, profitability, and delivery excellence.Design and implement scalable operating models to support continued growth.Establish performance metrics and accountability frameworks across the organization.Delivery ExcellenceEnsure successful execution of client engagements while maintaining quality, customer satisfaction, and commercial performance.Oversee resource planning, capacity management, and delivery governance.Develop and optimize delivery methodologies, standards, and best practices.Strategic ExecutionTranslate corporate strategy into executable plans, objectives, and measurable outcomes.Partner with the CEO and leadership team to drive growth initiatives and business transformation programs.Lead strategic projects including organizational scaling, acquisitions, integration initiatives, and operational transformation.Governance & Performance ManagementEstablish governance structures, reporting frameworks, and KPI-driven management practices.Drive data-based decision-making throughout the business.Ensure operational compliance, risk management, and business continuity.Leadership & Organizational DevelopmentLead and mentor senior leaders across key functions.Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and innovation.Drive leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.Represent operations at executive and board-level discussions.Act as deputy to the CEO when required.Required Qualifications15+ years of leadership experience within Professional Services, IT Consulting, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Technology Services.Prior experience as COO, VP Operations, VP Delivery, Managing Director, Head of Delivery, or a similar senior leadership role.Strong ServiceNow ecosystem experience, either with:ServiceNow Professional Services, orA ServiceNow Elite/Consulting Partner, orA major IT consulting organization with a dedicated ServiceNow practice.Demonstrated success in scaling consulting or services organizations.Proven experience leading enterprise transformation initiatives.Strong commercial and financial management capabilities, including P&L responsibility.Experience managing geographically distributed teams.Excellent executive stakeholder management and board-level communication skills.Experience working within global or parent-company organizational structures is highly desirable.Preferred QualificationsExperience leading operations across Europe or EMEA.Background in digital workflow, enterprise SaaS, cloud platforms, or ITSM solutions.M&A integration and post-merger operational leadership experience.MBA or equivalent business qualification preferred.Why Join GuideVision?Opportunity to shape the future of a leading ServiceNow consulting organization.Executive-level influence on company strategy and growth.Work alongside a highly experienced leadership team.Exposure to complex enterprise transformation programs.Competitive executive compensation and benefits package.International and collaborative work environment.Equal Opportunity Employer StatementGuideVision is committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace where everyone can thrive.
