- Senior CXO-level leadership opportunityJOB OVERVIEWOur client is a leading private hospital seeking an experienced COO to lead overall operations and drive operational excellence, service quality, efficiency, and patient experience.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead overall hospital operations and operational strategy.
- Oversee Engineering & Maintenance, Facilities, Security, Transport, Food & Beverage, Customer Experience, and Patient Services.
- Manage Engineering operations, hospital infrastructure, maintenance, and facility management.
- Oversee Customer Care, Admissions, OPD, and end-to-end Patient Services.
- Drive operational efficiency, service quality, cost optimization, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Enhance patient satisfaction and overall customer experience.
- Ensure effective coordination between clinical, non-clinical, and support functions.
- Develop and implement operational policies, processes, KPIs, and performance standards.
- Lead, develop, and motivate multidisciplinary operational teams.
- Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare, safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Work closely with the Executive Leadership Team to achieve organizational objectives.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Business Management, Healthcare Management, Health Administration, or a related discipline.
- 15+ years of relevant professional experience, including significant senior management exposure.
- Minimum 5 years of experience at Senior Leadership / CXO level.
- Strong and proven experience handling Engineering & Maintenance / Facilities Management, preferably within a hospital or large complex service environment.
- Proven experience managing multiple operational functions within a large organization.
- Strong understanding of hospital operations, patient services, facilities, engineering, and support services.
- Proven track record in operational excellence, process improvement, cost optimization, and service quality.
- Strong strategic, commercial, financial, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive organizational change.
