This is a hands-on role for someone who wants real accountability for performance, not a seat at the table for its own sake.The COO will work closely with senior leadership and share in the operating rhythm of the business: EBITDA performance and management-by-objectives goals drive how success gets measured here.What You'll OwnOperational performance across the business, with direct accountability for EBITDA targets and MBO-based goalsDay-to-day execution across the company's regional footprint, partnering with leadership on strategy and rolloutReinforcing a culture with retention well above industry normsRegular travel across multiple company locations, with the majority of time based at headquartersWhat We're Looking ForA proven operating executive with a track record of owning EBITDA and hitting performance targets, not just reporting on themSomeone comfortable in a direct, no-nonsense environmentA leader who can build and sustain an ownership-driven, in-person cultureWillingness to be based primarily at headquarters, with regular travel to other company sites. Some flexibility on home base may exist for the right candidateCompensationBase salary in the $350K to $400K range, plus a performance bonus tied to company and individual results.
