COO Opportunity at Top Residential Home Renovation Company- Phoenix AZThe ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the organization. Your primary goal will be to increase our organization's productivity, efficiency, and profitability. You will advise the CEO on key operational insights as well as provide coaching to employees. They are the nation's largest Home Remodeling/Renovation franchise with 140 franchise units and ideally looking for someone from a similar business or any business that has regenerating consumer leads and experience maximizing margin. This COO will oversee 4 corporate stores.They are PE-backed and are doing very well!Compensation is around $300-350K on base + strong bonus + equityThis role will be on site in Phoenix, Arizona!ResponsibilitiesProduce annual operation forecasting report and strategyOversee and evaluate day-to-day operationsIdentify new market opportunities to accelerate growthPresent operational strategy recommendations to the CEO based on your market researchQualifications10 - 20 years' of executive experienceStrategic planning and business development experienceStrong written and verbal and presentation skillsStrong leadership and organizational skills
