The company supports more than 100 franchise locations across +40 states and approximately ~$500 million in network sales.This newly created role will integrate field operations, operating-standard governance, company-store P&L, manufacturing, distribution, sourcing, inventory, and product delivery. Company stores serve as the proving ground for new standards before network rollout, while franchisees source product through the company's facility and managed vendor network.Core ResponsibilitiesSet the strategy, operating cadence, performance measures, and initial targets for two defined business units, reporting an accurate and timely view of results and risks to the CEO and board.Own operating standards from in-home consultation through contract, project planning, installation, completion, and final payment; approve each policy entering the operations manual.Ensure standards are tested in company stores for 30-90 days, revised from structured feedback, launched with complete training and resources, and measured for adoption at 90 days.Hold consolidated accountability for company-store performance, including close rate, average ticket, cycle time, quality, customer satisfaction, labor, cost, and P&L.Oversee manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, vendor management, and order management through the facility General Manager; improve availability, on-time-in-full delivery, quality, margin, freight, inventory, and rebate capture.Identify and mitigate import, vendor-concentration, and single-source risks that could disrupt customer projects; maintain trustworthy catalogue and availability data.Build and validate the operating model and supply chain for an emerging kitchen-remodeling concept ahead of franchise deployment.Assess, develop, and, where needed, upgrade seven leaders spanning field operations, sales, project planning, production, policy governance, kitchen operations, and product fulfillment.Partner closely with peers who own marketing and lead generation, merchandising, franchise coaching and compliance, finance, and legal; achieve results through influence rather than direct authority over franchisees.Candidate Profile15+ years of progressive operations leadership, including meaningful experience at Vice President level or above.Direct multi-unit leadership of company-owned locations with P&L accountability for revenue, labor, cost, quality, and location leadership.Experience in home services, installation, remodeling, or a comparable model where field teams work inside customers' homes.Fluency in consultative in-home selling, including close rate, average ticket, presentation discipline, and one-visit-close economics.Record of creating operating standards, SOPs, playbooks, or certification programs and measuring field adoption.Ability to oversee manufacturing and distribution through an experienced GM using delivery, margin, freight, inventory, and quality measures; deep manufacturing engineering expertise is not required.Demonstrated ability to influence independent operators, cross-functional peers, and subject-matter experts outside the reporting line.Preferred: franchise or independent-operator experience; multi-brand or new-concept launch experience; exposure to imports, sourcing, vendor concentration, and policy governance
