Chief Operating Officer

We need an experienced operator who can bring discipline to execution while keeping the company practical and fast moving. You will work with the leadership team to turn strategy into execution, improve operating performance, and build the systems needed for sustainable growth.Clear thinking, reliable follow through, and attention to detail are important in this market. In Germany, we want someone who can develop credible opportunities, understand requirements in detail, and work with stakeholders through a structured process.This role is for an experienced leader who can set direction, make sound commercial decisions, and take responsibility for results across the function.What you will do

• Track operational metrics and follow through on issues

• Experience building teams, setting priorities, and managing performance
• Excellent communication with senior internal and external stakeholders
