Classic Search is hiring for one of their real estate client's in Bangalore Role :- COOIndustry - Real Estate Required Experience :- 20-25 years experience in total with senior operations roles in real estate development or construction.Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Business Administration or equivalent; postgraduate degree (MBA) preferred.The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering multiple large projects ,managing project P&Ls, and improving working capital.Will translate board strategy into operational plans,resource plans, and capital allocation decisions; implement process KPIs and continuous improvement across Functions .Align sales forecasting with construction improve conversion and handover processes, reduce customer grievancesEnsure operational disclosures, timelines and internal requirements; coordinate with Compliance Officer, Company Secretary and auditors and other Real Estate Laws applicable in Karnataka .Experience of working on the real estate industry is a must .
