Coliwo also fosters community through shared leisure spaces where people can relax, play games, and enjoy music together.Role Description The Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Coliwo will oversee day-to-day operations across coliving and coworking facilities, ensuring a high-quality resident and client experience. This full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division includes leading operational strategy, optimizing processes, and managing cross-functional teams to support growth and efficiency. The COO will monitor performance metrics, align operations with business goals, and collaborate closely with the leadership team on expansion plans and service improvements. Responsibilities also include overseeing budgets, resource allocation, vendor relationships, and compliance with company policies and local regulations. The role requires active presence at the premises to guide teams, address operational challenges, and drive continuous improvement.Qualifications Strong Business Planning skills, including strategic planning, goal setting, and execution.Proven Operations Management experience in hospitality, real estate, coworking, or related service industries.Advanced Analytical Skills for interpreting data, tracking KPIs, and making evidence-based decisions.Solid Finance and Budgeting capabilities, including cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting.Demonstrated leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication skills.Experience in scaling operations, process optimization, and implementing standard operating procedures.Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division and collaborate across diverse teams and functions.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field; prior senior leadership experience is highly beneficial.
