The COO will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that business plans are effectively executed and operational processes support strategic goals. Responsibilities include managing operational teams, optimizing workflows, monitoring performance metrics, and coordinating with finance and senior leadership to align budgets and resources with organizational priorities. The COO will drive continuous improvement initiatives, implement operational policies, and support the development of new real estate projects and marketing strategies.
