The role encompasses operational management, business process optimization, organizational structure, supply chain and production coordination, customer service, operational efficiency, business growth, and strategic execution.The COO ensures that all operational functions run efficiently, stably, and in compliance with standards. They translate the company's overall strategy into concrete operational plans and execution measures, continuously optimizing organizational efficiency, business processes, and resource allocation. The COO drives the achievement of business goals and enhances the company's overall operational capabilities and competitiveness in the global jewelry market.Key Responsibilities1. Operational Strategy and Business ManagementFormulate and implement the company's medium- to long-term operational strategies and annual operational plans;Establish, refine, and continuously optimize the company's overall operational management system;Translate strategic goals into specific operational plans, execution standards, and key actions;Optimize the organizational structure, operating model, management processes, and division of responsibilities;Establish operational management standards, working mechanisms, and performance management systems;Oversee the daily operations of core business areas and operational functions;Coordinate resources across business and functional departments to ensure the effective realization of overall operational goals;Continuously enhance operational efficiency, execution capabilities, and organizational collaboration.2. Business Operations and Operational Efficiency ManagementComprehensively oversee core business processes and daily operational activities;Analyze operational data, business metrics, cost structures, and operational efficiency;Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and a performance management system;Continuously optimize business processes, working mechanisms, and internal management policies;Identify bottlenecks, resource waste, and process risks within operations, and drive improvements;Optimize the allocation of personnel, capital, supply chain, production, and other operational resources;Drive the standardization, formalization, and digitalization of business processes;Continuously improve overall operational efficiency, cost control capabilities, and profitability. 3. Supply Chain, Production, and Delivery ManagementOversee operational functions including procurement, supply chain, production, inventory, and product delivery;Establish an efficient, stable, and sustainable supply chain operational system;Coordinate resource allocation across procurement, production, inventory, and sales demands;Supervise supplier management, procurement processes, and supply chain performance;Optimize inventory management, production planning, and product delivery processes;Identify potential supply chain risks and establish corresponding early-warning and contingency mechanisms;Drive continuous optimization of supply chain costs, quality, delivery lead times, and operational efficiency;Ensure product supply and delivery capabilities align with the company's business growth and market demand.4. Organizational Management and Team BuildingEstablish and refine the company's overall operational organizational structure and management systems;Lead the organizational development, talent growth, and performance management of the core operations team;Define the responsibilities, authority, and collaboration mechanisms for each department;Foster clear and efficient internal communication and decision-making mechanisms;Develop a management team capable of business execution, operational management, and cross-departmental collaboration;Set performance targets, assessment mechanisms, and talent development plans for the operations team;Cultivate a corporate operational culture characterized by efficiency, standardization, and collaboration;Ensure that business and functional teams execute effectively in alignment with the company's overall operational goals.5. Cross-functional Collaboration and Strategic ExecutionCollaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, procurement, supply chain, production, customer service, finance, HR, and other departments;Establish efficient cross-departmental operational collaboration mechanisms;Ensure departmental operational goals align with the company's overall strategy;Coordinate the resolution of major cross-departmental business issues and operational obstacles;Drive the successful implementation of key client business, strategic projects, new product launches, and major business initiatives;Coordinate internal resources to continuously optimize product, supply chain, production, and customer service capabilities based on market and customer needs;Manage the full lifecycle of strategic projects—from planning and execution to final implementation;Ensure the company's overall strategy translates into clear, actionable, and measurable operational outcomes. 6. Customer Service and Business SupportOversee processes related to customer service and customer operations;Establish and optimize customer service standards and internal service management systems;Analyze customer needs, feedback, and operational data;Coordinate with sales, product, supply chain, and customer service teams to resolve key customer operational issues;Drive internal operational support for key customers, strategic partners, and major business projects;Continuously improve customer service efficiency, responsiveness, and the overall customer experience;Ensure the company's operational system effectively supports business development in domestic and international markets and for key customers.7. Financial, Cost, and Resource ManagementCollaborate with the finance department to formulate operational budgets and resource allocation plans;Monitor operational costs and resource utilization across business units;Analyze cost structures, operational efficiency, and resource input-output performance;Drive cost control, budget management, and the optimization of operational resources;Ensure the rational allocation of human resources, supply chain, production, inventory, and other operational resources;Establish mechanisms for operational data analysis and performance monitoring;Drive revenue growth, cost optimization, and improved profitability through enhanced operational efficiency.8. Risk, Compliance, and Internal ControlIdentify potential risks in company operations, supply chain, production, customer service, and business partnerships;Establish mechanisms for operational risk monitoring, early warning, and emergency management;Refine internal operational controls and management processes;Ensure operational activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards;Strengthen supplier, contract, procurement, and production management, as well as business process controls;Standardize internal approval, authorization, and operational management procedures;Establish emergency response and business continuity mechanisms for major operational incidents;Ensure stable, sustainable, and compliant development of the company's overall operations.
