Chief Operating Officer (COO)📍 Las Vegas, NV | Fully On-Site💰 Base Salary: $200,000–$250,000 + Annual Equity AwardsAbout the OpportunityA rapidly growing, founder-led premium platform spanning luxury hospitality, wellness, healthcare, and lifestyle services is seeking an exceptional Chief Operating Officer (COO) to build and scale its operations from the ground up.This is a group-level leadership role, not a single-location GM position. The COO will partner directly with the President to build teams, systems, processes, culture, and financial discipline required for a successful Las Vegas launch and future expansion.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the operational launch of new Las Vegas locations.Build scalable operating systems, SOPs, workflows, and performance standards.Recruit, develop, and lead high-performing management teams.Own operational performance, budgets, KPIs, staffing models, and reporting.Drive exceptional member, guest, and patient experiences.Establish strong organizational structure, accountability, and leadership culture.Build repeatable operating models for future locations and expansion.Partner closely with the President and leadership team on strategy and execution.Ideal Candidate10–15+ years of senior operations and leadership experience.Background as a VP of Operations or higher within luxury hospitality, or GM/COO-level leadership within premium fitness, wellness, healthcare, or lifestyle organizations.Proven P&L ownership and financial management experience.Experience leading multiple departments and building management teams.Track record of new openings, launches, or organizational builds.Strong understanding of staffing, KPIs, budgets, and operational systems.Comfortable working directly with founders/ownership.Hands-on, entrepreneurial, commercially minded, and highly execution-oriented.Exceptional standards for service, quality, and operational excellence.What Makes This Role UniqueThis is an opportunity to build an organization, not simply operate one.
