The team is committed to transparent service, regulatory compliance, and helping clients make informed decisions about their immigration options.Role Description: The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a full-time, on-site role based abroad, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring efficient service delivery across the organisation. The COO will implement business plans, optimise operational processes, and coordinate with department leaders to align activities with strategic goals. This role includes managing budgets and financial performance, monitoring key operational metrics, and identifying opportunities for improvement through data-driven analysis. The COO will establish operational policies, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and support the CEO in long-term planning and decision-making. The role also involves mentoring managers, fostering a collaborative work culture, and driving initiatives that improve client experience and operational scalability.QualificationsStrong capabilities in business planning and strategic execution, with experience translating organisational goals into operational roadmaps.Proficiency in operations management, including process optimisation, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.Demonstrated analytical skills for interpreting data, assessing risks, and supporting evidence-based decisions.Solid finance and budgeting skills, including managing P&L, cost control, and financial forecasting.Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, management, finance, or a related field.Proven leadership experience in operations or executive management, preferably in services or consulting environments.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate effectively with teams across locations.Experience in immigration, legal services, or professional consulting organisations is an advantage.
