Chief Operating Officer

Our client, Foxfire Property Management based in Concord, NH, is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead day-to-day operations and drive the company’s financial performance and continued growth.Reporting to the President, the COO will oversee financial management, operational strategy, business development, and administrative functions, including human resources and IT. This role will develop and execute business plans, identify growth opportunities, manage budgets and resources, and establish goals and priorities for the organization.The ideal candidate brings strong financial and operational leadership, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead people, improve processes, and translate business strategy into results.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in accounting or at least 10 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A thorough understanding of accounting principles and demonstrated leadership and financial management capabilities are essential.
