Our vision is to simplify healthcare discovery, consultations, treatment coordination, and cross-border medical services through one integrated platform.Role Overview-We are seeking a visionary doctor-leader with strong hospital relationships, business acumen, operational expertise, and an entrepreneurial mindset. The candidate will work closely with the Founder to build and scale VAIFX Care into a trusted global healthcare platform.This is a founding leadership opportunity requiring financial investment, active business involvement, and CEO-level accountability.Key Responsibilties-1. Business Leadership & OperationsLead company-wide strategy, day-to-day operations, and business execution with CEO-level responsibility.Establish SOPs, reporting systems, budgets, KPIs, and performance metrics.Coordinate technology, marketing, business development, hospital partnerships, and patient services.Build scalable processes, accountability, and operational efficiency.2. Hospital Partnerships & Healthcare NetworkBuild direct relationships with hospital owners, promoters, CEOs, medical directors, and senior healthcare professionals.Develop and negotiate partnerships with multispecialty hospitals, healthcare groups, and qualified medical providers.Lead hospital onboarding, commercial negotiations, and expansion into new cities and international markets.Support international patient acquisition and cross-border healthcare services.3. Clinical Leadership & ComplianceApply medical knowledge and hospital experience to business decisions.Improve patient journeys, service delivery, clinical governance, and quality assurance.Support appropriate patient referrals and continuity of care with qualified professionals.Ensure patient safety, confidentiality, ethical practices, and applicable regulatory compliance.4. Investment, Strategy & Business GrowthMake a mutually agreed financial investment in VAIFX Care as a co-founder, subject to definitive legal documentation.Identify new revenue streams, business opportunities, and strategic alliances.Develop business plans, financial forecasts, operational budgets, and growth strategies.Drive hospital acquisition, partner performance, patient experience, revenue growth, and agreed business milestones.5. Team Building & Founding LeadershipRecruit, mentor, and lead high-performing teams.Define roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations.Build a transparent, collaborative, and results-driven culture.Participate in strategic decisions involving hiring, fundraising, partnerships, and expansion.Represent VAIFX Care in healthcare, investor, and industry discussions.Work closely with the Founder and take ownership of long-term company growth.Mandatory Qualifications-MBBS from a recognized medical institution with valid medical registration.Significant experience in healthcare, hospital management, medical administration, or healthcare operations.Strong existing relationships with hospital decision-makers and senior medical professionals.Proven leadership, team management, negotiation, and execution skills.Strong business understanding, entrepreneurial mindset, and stakeholder-management abilities.Willingness and financial capacity to invest in VAIFX Care as a co-founder.Willingness to assume CEO-level responsibility for strategy, operations, leadership, and growth.Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and take ownership of results.Preferred Experience-Experience as a hospital administrator, medical superintendent, medical director, healthcare entrepreneur, or senior healthcare leader.Background in multispecialty hospitals, healthcare technology, medical tourism, or hospital business development.Existing relationships with hospital owners, promoters, CEOs, and senior management.Experience in international patient services, strategic alliances, team building, fundraising, or business expansion.Previous experience as a founder, CEO, co-founder, investor, or senior business leader.Compensation, Investment & Equity-Fixed CTC: ₹1,20,000 per month (₹14.4 LPA).Investment: A mutually agreed financial investment by the candidate is mandatory.Equity: Founder-level equity participation will be discussed based on investment, experience, strategic contribution, responsibilities, and commitment.Performance Incentives: May be linked to mutually agreed business milestones.Terms: Investment amount, equity percentage, vesting schedule, decision-making authority, CEO responsibilities, and founder obligations will be mutually agreed upon and documented legally before final appointment.The candidate will be considered only if they are willing to invest as a co-founder and accept CEO-level responsibility for the company's overall business and growth.How to Apply-Interested candidates should share:Updated CV or professional profile.MBBS qualifications and medical registration details.Healthcare leadership and hospital management experience.Details of hospital partnerships and professional networks.Key business achievements and leadership experience.A brief proposal outlining how they would scale VAIFX Care globally.Confirmation of willingness to invest and assume CEO-level responsibility.Indicative investment commitment and proposed involvement in the company.Join VAIFX Care as COO & Co-Founder bring your healthcare expertise, invest in the vision, lead the business, and help build the future of global healthcare connectivity.
