This is an opportunity for an experienced operator to take ownership of daily execution while working directly with the founders to shape the company's future.The OpportunityYou'll lead day-to-day business operations, strengthen organizational capabilities, and prepare the company for its next stage of growth.Scale operations: Increase manufacturing capacity, strengthen supply chains, and improve operational efficiency.Build high-performing teams: Develop leaders, establish accountability, and create an organization capable of sustainable growth.Drive business performance: Own operational budgets, execution plans, and metrics tied to revenue, profitability, and production.Lead cross-functional execution: Align manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and commercial priorities.Prepare for expansion: Establish scalable systems and processes without sacrificing the agility of an entrepreneurial business.Required QualificationsProven senior operational leadership experience in manufacturing, industrial technology, or complex physical-product environments.Demonstrated success scaling operations, building teams, and improving business performance.Strong financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting, operational forecasting, and P&L accountability.Hands-on leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and executing in fast-moving environments.Ability to operate independently, solve complex problems, and deliver results without extensive corporate infrastructure.Preferred QualificationsPrior military leadership experience followed by successful private-sector operational leadership.Experience in aerospace, defense, energy technology, or advanced manufacturing.Experience scaling an early-stage or venture-backed business.If you're an operator who builds teams, leads from the front, and knows how to turn strategy into execution, we'd welcome a confidential conversation.Apply to have a confidential conversation
