Position OverviewA growing, multi-site operating company is seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead day-to-day operations across a geographically dispersed platform. Reporting directly to the President, the COO will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, organizational scalability, and sustainable growth.This executive will provide leadership across multiple locations, ensuring consistent execution, accountability, and alignment with overall business objectives. The ideal candidate is a proven operator who has successfully led large-scale, multi-site organizations through periods of growth and transformation.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide executive leadership across all operational functions and locations.Drive performance, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.Lead, develop, and mentor regional and site leadership teams.Establish and monitor key operational and financial performance metrics.Oversee operating budgets and enterprise-level P&L performance.Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.Develop scalable processes and infrastructure to support continued growth.Partner closely with the President and executive leadership team on strategic initiatives and organizational priorities.QualificationsSignificant experience leading multi-site operations within a complex operating environment.Demonstrated success managing geographically dispersed teams and locations.Strong financial acumen, including P&L ownership and operational budgeting.Proven ability to scale operations, improve performance, and drive organizational growth.Experience building high-performing teams and developing future leaders.Executive presence with a hands-on, results-oriented leadership style.
