A passionate watchmaking professional.You bring:✅ 15+ years of operational experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership.✅ Proven expertise in watch manufacturing and a deep understanding of the luxury watch industry.✅ A strong track record in industrial operations, supply chain, engineering, quality and manufacturing.✅ The entrepreneurial mindset to build, scale and transform an organisation.✅ Excellent financial and strategic acumen, with a clear understanding of margins, budgets and working capital.✅ The leadership presence to inspire teams, challenge conventional thinking and deliver measurable results.✅ The ability to work alongside a visionary CEO and contribute confidently at Board level.Additional advantages: experience in movement/calibre development, French-language skills and previous exposure to British or European luxury brands.🌍 WHY BREMONT?
