Department: Operations / ManagementIndustry: Healthcare, Hospitals, ClinicsJob Summary:We are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee business operations, improve organizational efficiency, drive revenue growth, and ensure operational excellence across the organization.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, financial management, team-building, and business expansion experience, preferably in healthcare or multi-location clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with organizational goals.Oversee day-to-day operations across hospitals, clinics, and corporate functions.Drive revenue growth, profitability, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.Manage multiple locations, regional teams, and departmental heads.Establish KPIs, SOPs, performance metrics, and accountability systems.Monitor budgets, P&L, operational expenses, and financial performance.Lead business expansion, new clinic launches, and operational scalability.Improve patient experience, service quality, and customer satisfaction.Collaborate with the CEO, CMD, and senior leadership on strategic decisions.Build a high-performance culture and strengthen leadership capabilities.Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations and company policies.Review operational reports and implement corrective actions to achieve business targets.Required Qualifications:MBA in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or Operations preferred.15+ years of professional experience, including significant senior leadership experience.Proven track record in managing large teams and multi-location operations.Strong experience in P&L management, business growth, and cost control.Excellent leadership, strategic planning, negotiation, and decision-making skills.Experience in healthcare, hospitals, dental chains, or clinic networks is preferred.Key Skills:Strategic & Business PlanningHealthcare Operations ManagementP&L and Budget ManagementMulti-Location OperationsRevenue Growth & ProfitabilityBusiness ExpansionProcess Improvement & SOP ImplementationTeam Leadership & Performance ManagementStakeholder ManagementOperational ExcellenceRegardsPRAVEEN- HRDR CARE HOMEOPATHY7337550168
