Following a period of acquisitions and international expansion, the company is now entering its next growth phase and is looking for an operational leader to drive this forward in Belgium and beyond. As COO, you will lead a turnaround operation — owning operational strategy, KPI management, process optimization and service quality.What we're looking for:10+ years of senior leadership experience in Operations, Service Delivery or General ManagementBackground in SaaS, fintech or another technology-driven environmentStrong track record scaling organizations and leading changeP&L responsibility and a data-driven management styleExcellent people leadership skills, with experience building high-performing teamsFluent in Dutch and English
