About the CompanyLeading UK-based strategic communications consultancy looking for a COO / Head of Operations to support and oversee the day-to-day running of the agency – working closely with the senior leadership team and Managing Director.This role could suit a communications professional looking to take more of an operational role within a highly-respected, award-winning reputation management consultancy – or an operations professional with experience in a marketing / communications consultancy.ResponsibilitiesManage the smooth day-to-day running of the agencyEnsure operational processes are documented, efficient and scalableCoordinate internal projects and business improvement initiativesSupport the implementation of leadership decisions and strategic prioritiesMonitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvementMaintain operational policies, procedures and guidance materialsManage relationships with serviced office providers and facilities suppliersEnsure a productive, professional working environmentManage office budgets and operational expenditureLeverage AI tools to increase productivity and raise the quality of operational outputsThey are looking for:Strong operational management experience - ideally with a communications consultancyExperience working closely with senior management teams - managing multiple projects, and strong commercial awareness
