Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Manufacturing & Operations📍 St. George, Utah (Relocation Available)💰 $300,000–$400,000 Base + Bonus + EquityAbout the OpportunityA rapidly growing modular housing and manufacturing company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the development and scaling of its manufacturing platform.The organization has experienced significant growth over the past several years and is entering a transformational phase focused on vertical integration, operational excellence, and long-term scalability. This executive will play a critical role in building the infrastructure, teams, and processes necessary to support continued expansion.Reporting directly to the CEO, the COO will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team and help shape the future direction of the business.The OpportunityThis is a unique opportunity for an experienced operations executive to build and scale a manufacturing organization from the ground up.The company currently utilizes outsourced manufacturing and is actively pursuing a strategy to bring production capabilities in-house.
