This executive will play a critical role in building the infrastructure, teams, and processes necessary to support continued expansion.Reporting directly to the CEO, the COO will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team and help shape the future direction of the business.The OpportunityThis is a unique opportunity for an experienced operations executive to build and scale a manufacturing organization from the ground up.The company currently utilizes outsourced manufacturing and is actively pursuing a strategy to bring production capabilities in-house.
