🚀 We’re Hiring | Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Polymer Division📍 Dubai, UAEWe are expanding our international Polymer Trading Division and are looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the operational and commercial execution of the division.This is a senior executive opportunity for a strategic and commercially minded leader with extensive experience in polymer trading, international markets, supply chain, procurement, and business operations.🔹 Key Responsibilities✅ Lead and oversee the overall operations of the Polymer Division✅ Develop and execute operational and commercial strategies✅ Drive business growth across Africa, Asia, and international markets✅ Oversee procurement, trading, sales, logistics, and supply chain activities✅ Build and maintain strategic supplier and customer relationships✅ Develop operational processes, systems, and performance standards✅ Lead and develop high-performing multicultural teams✅ Monitor market conditions, margins, pricing, and business performance✅ Support expansion into new markets and product segments✅ Work closely with senior management to achieve the division’s growth objectives🔹 Requirements✔️ 12+ years of experience in polymer trading / petrochemical trading✔️ Proven leadership experience at a senior management or executive level✔️ Strong international trading background✔️ Extensive experience across Africa and Asia✔️ Deep knowledge of:

• HDPE
• LDPE
• LLDPE
• PP
