Chief Operating Officer – Poultry IndustryLocation: Al Wagan, UAEAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the operations of a growing poultry business in the UAE.The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of poultry operations, an established industry network, and proven experience in sales, business development, partnerships, and operational expansion.Mandatory RequirementsMinimum 10 years of experience in the poultry industry.Strong technical and operational knowledge of poultry production.Proven experience in business expansion and strategic partnerships.Established industry connections with hatcheries and poultry feed companies.Strong knowledge of poultry health management and vaccination protocols.Established connections with poultry shed/farm construction companies.Established connections with slaughtering and processing companies.Proven sales network with hypermarkets, large wholesalers, institutional buyers, or similar customers.Strong understanding of poultry business profitability, pricing, and margins.Strong leadership and team-management experience.UAE/GCC poultry-industry experience and an established local network will be highly preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee overall poultry business operations.Manage poultry procurement, production, supply chain, and day-to-day operations.Develop and maintain relationships with hatcheries, feed suppliers, poultry health professionals, and other industry stakeholders.Coordinate with contractors and construction companies for poultry farm and shed development.Establish and manage relationships with slaughtering and processing companies.Develop and expand sales channels with hypermarkets, large wholesalers, institutional buyers, and other customers.Drive revenue growth, business expansion, and profitability.Develop and maintain strategic partnerships within the poultry industry.Monitor operational costs, production efficiency, sales performance, and profitability.Ensure appropriate poultry health, biosecurity, and vaccination practices.Build, manage, and develop operational teams.Identify new business opportunities and support the company's long-term growth strategy.Compensation & BenefitsHigher compensation may be considered for exceptional candidates.Accommodation providedFood provided
