Chief Operations Officer

REQUIRED: Must live in Nevada, Utah, or Arizona.The Dental A Team is a rapidly growing dental consulting company.We’re looking for a hands-on COO / Integrator who can turn vision into execution, build scalable systems, create accountability, and help lead the company through its next stage of growth.This is a builder role- not a maintenance role. You’ll partner directly with our CEO to move her out of the day-to-day and into the Visionary seat while owning operational execution.What You’ll DoOwn execution of the company’s business plan, goals, and KPIsLead and develop the leadership teamBuild scalable systems, processes, and accountability across the organizationOwn operational performance and profitabilityDrive alignment across sales, marketing, delivery, and operationsIdentify problems, make decisions, and ensure they get solvedUse EOS/Traction principles to create structure and accountabilityPartner closely with the CEO on strategy, growth, and long-term planningWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience scaling a professional services or consulting company, particularly in building processes to get the founder out of the day-to-day sales & marketing motionHands-on experience helping grow a company from roughly $3M → $15M+Strong P&L and profitability experienceProven ability to build teams, systems, and processes from the ground upExceptional accountability, communication, and follow-throughDecisive, low-ego, high-ownership leadership styleComfortable working with a visionary CEO in a fast-paced environmentEOS/Traction experience is a strong plusSuccess Looks LikeWithin 12 months, the CEO is fully operating in the Visionary seat, leadership is accountable and hitting KPIs, systems are scalable and consistently followed, and the company is hitting its growth, retention, and profitability targets.If you’ve built and scaled before- and you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and build what’s next- we want to meet you!
