Chief People OfficerArtemis Human Capital is pleased to be partnering once again with a private equity-backed, high-performing and rapidly growing professional services organisation based in South Dublin in the appointment of a newly-created Chief People Officer role.This is an exceptional opportunity for a commercially minded and experienced HR leader to shape and deliver the people agenda during a significant phase of growth and transformation, supporting both organic expansion and strategic acquisition activity.You will act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and partners whilst ensuring purposeful execution across the organisation.What will you receive as Chief People Officer?€150,000-160,000 dependent upon experienceEmployer Pension Contributions of 10% per annum.Death In Service as part of Group Salary.A contribution of €5,000 per annum towards Health Insurance and Income Protection.Performance related bonus of up to 30% of salary based on business and personal performanceAn opportunity to take part in our LTIP based on performanceTwenty Five Days Annual Leave plus two company days.Flexible working arrangementsWhat will you do as Chief People Officer?Develop and execute a scalable People Strategy aligned to business objectives, growth plans, and acquisition activityLead all people aspects of acquisitions including due diligence, integration planning and cultural alignmentPartner with the executive leadership team on organisational design, workforce planning, and future talent needsEnhance the employee experience to attract, develop, and retain high-performing talentImplement consistent performance management, talent development, and succession planning frameworks across the organisationDrive employee engagement, communication, and change management through periods of rapid growth and transformationStrengthen leadership capability across senior and emerging talent populationsBuild a commercially focused, scalable people function to support continued expansionDevelop robust integration frameworks and people processes to support future acquisitionsEnsure compliant, modern people policies and practices across ROI and NIOversee the implementation of scalable HR systems and meaningful people metricsWhat will you require as Chief People Officer?Proven experience operating as a Chief People Officer, Head of People or HR DirectorEssential to have HR experience within professional services Demonstrated success in high-growth, scaling environmentsPrevious exposure to mergers and acquisitions activityStrong knowledge of employment legislation across both ROI and NIDesirable to have experience in a partner-led or matrix organisationsHow to apply as Chief People Officer ?Send an updated CV to caitlin@artemis-humancapital.com , contact Caitlin Scollan on +353 857 718 904 or connect directly on LinkedIn for a confidential discussion.
