The CRO will lead the Bank's regional Managing Directors for EMEA, Latin America, and Asia Pacific to ensure consistent execution of Numisma's business model and delivery of its long-term revenue objectives. This executive leader will drive sustainable growth by deepening relationships with central banks, financial institutions, and strategic partners while identifying new market opportunities and expanding the adoption of Numisma Bank's products and services.Joining the organization during a period of significant growth and market momentum, the CRO will play a critical role in shaping the future of the Bank's commercial strategy, global client experience, and international expansion efforts. This role is ideal for a strategic and commercially minded senior leader with a track record of building and scaling new businesses inside regulated institutions, who combines visionary leadership with a hands-on approach to building trusted client relationships and delivering exceptional end-to-end client experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesGlobal Sales and Trading RevenueDevelop and execute the Bank's global sales and trading revenue strategy, aligning growth, profitability, risk, client objectives, and market opportunities.Lead global sales and client coverage teams, including the regional Managing Directors for EMEA, Latin America, and Asia Pacific, serving banks, financial institutions, and strategic clients, and partner with the trading desk on pricing, liquidity, and client execution.Grow revenue across FX, banknote trading and distribution, liquidity solutions, and other market-facing offerings while tracking performance metrics for revenue, client growth, new client acquisition, attach rates, wallet share, market penetration, and profitability.Partner with Treasury, Trading, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Technology, Finance, and Product to support execution, scale, risk management, innovation, and a stronger client experience.Build senior relationships across banking, treasury, and financial markets while ensuring sales and trading activities meet regulatory, control, compliance, and industry standards.Revenue Growth, Pricing & Commercial StrategyDevelop and execute a comprehensive global revenue growth strategy spanning pricing, sales, alliances, marketing, and branding that strengthens Numisma Bank's position as a trusted partner to central banks and major financial institutions.Establish ambitious growth objectives and ensure alignment across all commercial functions to achieve revenue, profitability, and market expansion targets, supported by clear KPIs and operating frameworks.Identify emerging market opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends to drive sustainable growth and competitive differentiation.Lead pricing, commercial negotiations, and contract strategies for major international client engagements.Own the Bank's brand and marketing strategy, ensuring consistent market positioning across regions and client segments.Business Development & Client RelationshipsBuild and maintain executive-level relationships with central bank governors, treasury officials, banking executives, government decision-makers, and other key stakeholders.Expand and strengthen relationships with existing clients while driving new business opportunities across global markets.Lead commercial efforts related to large-scale currency modernization programs, banknote supply agreements, and strategic financial services partnerships.Drive cross-selling and client penetration strategies across Numisma Bank's full suite of banking, currency, and technology solutions.Demonstrated cultural awareness and the ability to effectively engage with clients, customers, and stakeholders across diverse geographic regions.Strategic Partnerships, Product Go-to-Market, Innovation & Organizational LeadershipIdentify and develop strategic partnerships, alliances, embedded and distribution partnerships, and market expansion opportunities that accelerate growth and strengthen competitive advantage, including evaluating potential mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments aligned with the Bank's long-term objectives.Represent Numisma Bank at industry forums, conferences, governmental meetings, and international financial events.Partner closely with Product, Operations, Treasury, and Innovation teams to design, launch, and scale new solutions — including digital and API-based client capabilities, next-generation currency technologies, authentication and security features, and digital currency initiatives — and provide market intelligence and customer insights that guide product development and investment decisions.Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global revenue organization focused on growth, accountability, and client success, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence across all commercial functions.Establish performance metrics, reporting frameworks, and forecasting models to drive disciplined execution and transparency to the CEO and Board.Ensure all commercial activities are conducted in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and the Bank's risk management standards.Required Qualifications20+ years of progressive leadership experience in revenue generation specifically within banking and financial services, spanning areas such as product, business development, transaction banking, treasury services, commercial banking, fintech, payments, FX, or currency management.Proven track record selling banking products and services to banks and/or other financial institutions.Senior executive experience (Managing Director or equivalent, executive committee level) at a global financial institution, with full P&L accountability for a large business.Proven record of building and scaling a new business or platform, as a startup or a new line inside a large institution, from launch to significant revenue.Significant experience leading global, multi-region sales and revenue organizations, including regional heads, with direct accountability for large-scale growth initiatives and P&L outcomes.Demonstrated success developing and executing international growth strategies within highly regulated environments, including expansion into new jurisdictions.Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or other advanced degree (e.g., MS or PhD in Economics, Finance, or a quantitative discipline) preferred.Preferred ExperienceExperience working across multiple geographic markets and navigating diverse regulatory and cultural environments.Strong knowledge of treasury services, cross-border and B2B payments, liquidity management, foreign exchange, or currency distribution markets.Experience launching digital, API, or embedded finance capabilities for institutional clients.Strategy consulting background in financial services or payments, board experience, or experience in a de novo or growth-stage
