Chief Security Officer

BROOT Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a prestigious residential estate with more than 1,000 households for the position of Chief Security Officer.We seek a disciplined and experienced security professional with strong leadership, intelligence gathering, and operational coordination capabilities to lead the estate’s security function and safeguard residents, personnel, and property.Key responsibilities

• ⁠ ⁠Lead daily security operations, including access control, patrols, and incident response.
• ⁠ ⁠Gather and assess security intelligence to identify threats and guide preventive action.
• ⁠ ⁠Supervise security personnel, enforce professional standards, and strengthen operational readiness.
• ⁠ ⁠Coordinate with relevant law enforcement agencies and emergency services.
• ⁠ ⁠Conduct security risk assessments and provide timely incident reports and recommendations to estate management.
• ⁠ ⁠Maintain a professional and respectful approach to residents, visitors, and service providers.Candidate requirements
• ⁠ ⁠Must currently reside in Ibadan.
• ⁠ ⁠Must have attained at least the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP), or an equivalent rank in a similar law enforcement agency.
• ⁠ ⁠Must have formal training in intelligence.
• ⁠ ⁠Must demonstrate sound judgement, integrity, and the ability to lead teams under pressure.
