Apply & track with Apply EdgeJob PurposeSupervise transportation integration initiatives across Dubai by analyzing data and technical plans with stakeholders, directing first and last mile measures, and enforcing approved policies, indicators, and integration frameworks within projects and operational plans. Ensure seamless, sustainable multimodal mobility by executing studies, conducting measurements, and producing reports that guide decisions on integration projects, maturity levels, and performance at the Authority level.Roles And ResponsibilitiesStrategyLead the preparation and updating of first and last mile strategy in Dubai, driving integration between first and last mile, mass, and shared transport in coordination with stakeholders.Review and update integration-priority criteria and plans, verify alignment with first and last mile strategies and goals, monitor performance using OPMS data, and direct adjustments to concerned authorities.Develop and validate first and last mile and transportation integration indicators, oversee measurements, and produce escalation and performance reports with concerned authorities.OperationsAnalyze transportation integration data with concerned authorities to identify improvement opportunities, integration projects, and required studies.Measure integration maturity around public transport stations per the approved integration manual, coordinate with organizational units, upload results into integration plans, and deliver periodic maturity reports.Conduct studies on transport quality, first and last mile service areas, and short-trip needs, ensuring integration with current and planned transport modes across Dubai.Formulate and update policies and technical requirements for first and last mile means, collect information on means quality and short trips, and enforce integration with other sustainable transportation modes.Drive the development and integration of the mobility management system at Authority level, ensuring system features support transportation integration objectives and reporting requirements.Product/Process ImprovementEnsure integration of transportation with sustainable modes by enforcing first and last mile requirements, validating input information, and incorporating results into future integration plans and indicators.Recommend enhancements to integration processes, measurement, and reporting based on results, and submit periodic progress reports to the Director-General and Chairman of the Board of Executive Directors.Physical Working ConditionsOversee site verification surveys at public transport stations and surrounding areas to observe integration conditions, validate measurement results, and support audits, while operating primarily from office-based planning, analysis, and coordination environments.Job Qualifications & RequirementsEducation –Bachelor’s/master’s degree in civil, Transportation, or Urban Planning Engineering.Experience – 9+ years in case of master’s degree (11+ years in case of Bachelor’s degree).Certifications – Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent, transport planning or mobility certification, data analytics skills with tools such as Power BI, knowledge of Intelligent Transport Systems and smart mobility platforms.
