Chief Strategy Officer (CSO)

Role Description The Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) will be responsible for defining and driving the overall strategic direction of توظيف_القصيم in alignment with its mission and growth objectives. This part-time, remote role includes leading the development of long-term business plans, setting strategic priorities, and coordinating with executive leadership to ensure effective implementation. Day-to-day tasks involve analyzing market trends, assessing competitive landscapes, evaluating new business opportunities, and translating insights into actionable strategic initiatives. The CSO will collaborate closely with finance and operations leaders to align budgets and resources with strategic goals, monitor performance against key metrics, and adjust strategies as needed. The role also includes preparing strategic reports and recommendations for the executive team and supporting change management across the organization.QualificationsStrong background in Business Planning and Strategic Planning, with the ability to develop and execute clear, measurable strategies.Advanced Analytical Skills, including experience interpreting data, market research, and performance metrics to inform decision-making.Solid understanding of Finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and evaluating the financial impact of strategic initiatives.Proven experience in Executive Management, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration at a senior level.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus.Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote, part-time capacity, managing priorities and deadlines independently.Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is an advantage.Experience in strategic roles within recruitment, HR services, or professional services sectors is beneficial.
