Chief Strategy Officer (CSO)

This part-time, remote role involves assessing market trends, analyzing internal performance, and identifying growth opportunities across services and regions. The CSO will collaborate with executive leadership to formulate business plans, set priorities, and establish measurable objectives, while ensuring efficient allocation of financial and operational resources. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing strategic reports and presentations, guiding cross-functional teams through key strategic projects, and monitoring progress against strategic KPIs. The CSO will also provide strategic advice on partnerships, investments, and risk management to support sustainable organizational growth.Qualifications Strong strategic and business planning capabilities, including experience in Business Planning and Strategic Planning to design and implement long-term initiatives.Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess market dynamics, and translate insights into actionable strategies.Solid understanding of Finance to evaluate budgets, investment opportunities, and the financial impact of strategic decisions.Proven Executive Management experience, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and guide cross-functional teams.Experience in recruitment, HR services, or professional services sectors is highly beneficial.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote, part-time capacity while managing multiple strategic priorities.Relevant academic background, such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
