Chief Strategy Officer (CSO)

Role Description The Coordinator of Volunteers role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and coordinating volunteers to support community and organizational initiatives. The coordinator will design and deliver training programs, maintain volunteer records, and ensure clear communication regarding schedules, responsibilities, and expectations. Day-to-day tasks include organizing outreach activities, fostering relationships with community partners, monitoring volunteer engagement and performance, and addressing questions or concerns from volunteers and stakeholders. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align volunteer efforts with Toucan Payments’ mission and operational needs.QualificationsDemonstrated experience in Volunteer Management and Volunteer Training, including organizing programs and supporting diverse volunteer groups.Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to engage volunteers, community partners, and internal teams effectively.Experience with Community Outreach, including planning and executing community-focused events or initiatives.Ability to manage schedules, maintain accurate records, and coordinate multiple activities simultaneously.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.Comfort working in an on-site environment in Noida and collaborating across departments.Previous experience in nonprofit, community programs, or CSR initiatives is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in social work, communications, management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
