authorized top managementJob ContextVersatilo Group is looking for an experienced, capable and forward-thinking Chief Technical Officer (CTO) to lead the Group’s IT Team.The selected candidate will be the functional head of the IT Team and will take overall responsibility for technical strategy, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, software systems, digital platforms, technology projects and IT operations across the organization.The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership ability, strategic planning, project management and effective communication with top management.Job ResponsibilitiesLead, supervise and evaluate the overall performance of the IT Team.Develop and implement short-term and long-term technical strategies aligned with organizational objectives.Convert management and departmental requirements into practical technical solutions.Establish priorities, assign responsibilities and monitor the daily activities of IT Team members.Oversee servers, networks, internet connectivity, cloud services, databases, websites, email systems and business applications.Ensure the security, reliability and availability of all IT systems and digital services.Develop and enforce IT security, password, access-control, backup, data-protection and acceptable-use policies.Maintain appropriate data-backup, disaster-recovery and business-continuity arrangements.Monitor cybersecurity threats, system vulnerabilities and security incidents and ensure timely corrective action.Oversee the implementation, integration and maintenance of ERP, CRM, HR, Accounts, Admission or other organizational systems.Lead software, website, application, automation and system-integration projects from planning to implementation.Ensure proper testing, documentation, deployment, maintenance and technical support for all IT projects.Manage official domains, hosting, DNS, organizational email accounts and administrative access.Establish procedures for creating, modifying, suspending and handing over employee system accounts.Ensure that critical system access, passwords, recovery information and licences remain under organizational control.Coordinate technical requirements with Finance, HR, Administration, Operations, Marketing and other departments.Evaluate and manage IT vendors, software partners, service providers and consultants.Review technical proposals, quotations, licences, agreements and vendor performance.Prepare and control the IT budget and ensure cost-effective use of technical resources.Maintain accurate records of IT assets, software licences, warranties, subscriptions and service renewals.Provide technical guidance, training and professional-development support to the IT Team.Prepare regular reports for management regarding system performance, cybersecurity, projects, risks and operational requirements.Perform other technical duties assigned by the Chairman or authorized management.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science and EngineeringBachelor of Science (BSc) in Information TechnologyBachelor of Science (BSc) in Software EngineeringBachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer EngineeringMastersMaster of Business Administration (MBA)Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or a relevant discipline.A Master’s degree in a relevant field or an MBA will be considered an advantage.Relevant professional certifications in cybersecurity, cloud computing, networking, IT service management or project management will receive preference.Experience RequirementsMinimum 8 years of progressive professional experience in Information Technology.At least 3 years of experience leading an IT department or multidisciplinary technical team.Proven experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud services, software systems and technology-project implementation.Practical experience managing IT vendors, contracts, budgets and enterprise-level projects.Experience in a Group of Companies or structured corporate organization will receive preference.Required Technical ExpertiseIT
