Technology & AI Strategy Leader Utah County, UT Direct Hire Salary Target: $200,000 – $250,000 base + bonus Job Description: We are seeking a Technology & AI Strategy Leader to help guide a growing financial services organization through its next phase of technology transformation. This senior leadership role will establish and execute a forward-looking technology strategy, with a strong emphasis on developing an enterprise AI roadmap and identifying practical opportunities to leverage AI, automation, data, and emerging technologies. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in financial services, banking, or fintech, experience leading technology transformation and platform integration, and the ability to connect business strategy with scalable technology solutions.

Required Skills

Proven senior-level experience leading technology strategy, digital transformation, or enterprise technology modernization. Demonstrated experience developing and executing an AI strategy or enterprise AI roadmap. Strong background in financial services, banking, fintech, lending, payments, or a related regulated industry. Experience evaluating and integrating enterprise systems, platforms, and technology solutions across business functions. Ability to identify and prioritize practical applications for AI, automation, data, and emerging technologies that drive business value. Experience building scalable technology strategies that support rapid organizational growth and operational efficiency. Strong understanding of technology governance, architecture, data, integrations, and enterprise platforms. Proven ability to translate business objectives into technology priorities, roadmaps, and execution plans. Bonus / Soft Skills Experience leading technology transformation within a high-growth or evolving organization. Experience working with fintech partners, digital financial products, or emerging financial technologies. Strong executive presence and ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to influence across organizational silos and create alignment between business, technology, data, and AI teams. Strategic thinker who can balance long-term vision with practical execution. Strong business acumen and ability to evaluate technology investments based on business impact and ROI.
