The organization operates across multi-asset trading, digital assets, and financial technology infrastructure, providing institutional and retail clients with access to advanced trading platforms, liquidity solutions, and financial services.With a growing global footprint and continued investment in technology, the group is focused on strengthening its trading infrastructure, expanding its product offering, and enhancing platform scalability, reliability, and performance across multiple regulated markets.Role OverviewThe Chief Technology Officer will lead the group’s global technology function, overseeing engineering, architecture, infrastructure, and security across all trading and financial platforms.This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, scalability, and performance of high-volume trading systems while driving continuous improvement and modernization of the technology landscape. The CTO will work closely with executive leadership, product, trading, and compliance teams to align technology delivery with business objectives and regulatory requirements.Role ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the overall technology strategy aligned with the group’s global growth and product roadmapLead and scale engineering teams across development, infrastructure, DevOps, and platform architectureOversee the design, performance, and reliability of trading platforms, including pricing, execution, risk, and back-office systemsEnsure high availability, low latency, and resilience of systems supporting real-time trading operationsDrive modernization initiatives across cloud infrastructure, automation, and system architectureEstablish and enforce engineering standards, governance frameworks, and best practices across global teamsWork closely with product, trading, compliance, and operations teams to support platform enhancements and new product launchesEnsure compliance with regulatory, cybersecurity, and data protection requirements across multiple jurisdictionsManage technology budgets, vendor relationships, and third-party service providersLead incident management, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning across all systemsProvide strategic input to executive leadership on technology investments, risks, and opportunitiesRole Requirements15+ years of experience in technology leadership roles within financial services, fintech, or trading environmentsProven experience leading engineering teams and delivering large-scale, high-performance technology platformsStrong background in trading systems, brokerage platforms (MT4/MT5), or financial market infrastructureExperience with low-latency systems, real-time data processing, and high-availability architecturesSolid understanding of risk systems, liquidity integration, and trading platform ecosystemsExperience with cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and modern software development methodologiesStrong knowledge of regulatory and security requirements in financial services environmentsDemonstrated ability to lead global teams across multiple regions and functionsStrong stakeholder management skills with experience working closely with executive leadership
