Chief Technology Officer

BitDelta Group is looking for a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our global technology strategy, scale world-class engineering teams, and drive innovation across our growing ecosystem of crypto, blockchain, and digital asset products.As a key member of the executive leadership team, you'll partner closely with the CEO and business leaders to translate bold ideas into scalable, secure, and market-leading technology solutions. You'll play a pivotal role in building the next generation of trading platforms, blockchain infrastructure, wallets, and Web3 products while leading high-performing global teams.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Technology Strategy & LeadershipDefine and execute the company's technology roadmap aligned with business goals.Drive innovation across trading platforms, blockchain infrastructure, digital assets, and Web3 products.Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that enhance scalability, security, and customer experience.Act as a strategic technology advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team.Ensure technology decisions support long-term business growth and operational efficiency.Engineering ManagementLead, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering and technical teams.Build and scale engineering capabilities across multiple locations.Establish best practices for software architecture, development, testing, security, deployment, and monitoring.Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Drive technical excellence while ensuring delivery timelines are met.Vendor & Partner ManagementServe as the primary technology liaison with BitDelta's technology partner.Manage vendor relationships, performance expectations, and technical deliverables.Ensure project milestones, product releases, and development priorities are executed effectively.Evaluate and manage third-party technology providers and strategic partners.Resolve technical and operational challenges across internal and external stakeholders.Product & Platform DevelopmentOversee the architecture and development of crypto exchange, Web3, blockchain, wallet, and digital asset products.Ensure platform reliability, scalability, security, and regulatory readiness.Lead technical decision-making for infrastructure, cloud environments, APIs, blockchain integrations, and trading systems.Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, Compliance, and Business teams to deliver market-leading solutions.Security, Compliance & Risk ManagementEstablish and enforce technology governance and cybersecurity policies.Ensure adherence to security best practices and applicable regulatory requirements.Lead disaster recovery, business continuity, and infrastructure resilience initiatives.Identify and mitigate technical and operational risks.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.· 8-15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, including senior engineering management or CTO-level responsibilities.·Demonstrated experience leading and scaling engineering teams across multiple geographies.·Proven track record managing third-party technology vendors and strategic development partners.·Strong experience working directly with founders, CEOs, and executive leadership teams.·Experience managing distributed and remote technology teams.·Extensive experience in Web3, blockchain, cryptocurrency, fintech, or digital asset businesses.· Deep understanding of cryptocurrency exchanges, wallet infrastructure, blockchain networks, and decentralized technologies.·Experience with digital asset platforms, trading systems, custody solutions, and blockchain integrations.·Comprehensive understanding of blockchain security, scalability, and ecosystem development.
